Happy Valentine’s Day

Nothing better than  a little exercise to get those valentine’s hearts racing :)

Warmup:

3 rounds:

  • 2 forward rolls
  • bear crawl
  • 10 side to side hops over dumbell

Skill:

Pushups (plank position)

Workout of the day (WOD):

3 Rounds

  • 10 box jumps
  • Forearm Plank (15 seconds)
  • Wall Pushups (15 seconds)
