Today is PT day.  We are going to establish baseline fitness results for the kids in each of the following events:

  • Max pullups
  • Max pushups
  • Max chair sit
  • 10M Shuttle run for 1 minute
  • 50M Sprint

We can use these results to gauge fitness as CrossFit Kids Lake Highlands progresses.  CrossFit is based upon measurable data that can be repeated to determine how fitness is progressing.
